About the Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plans the work behind every Ecoleaf site visit. Crew rosters, plant, equipment and site access all sit under this role. Each week the schedule is set for mowing rounds, hedge trimming, weed control and rubbish collection. Work runs between 07:00 and 17:00. The role keeps aged care and childcare sites first in the queue, because those grounds need steady care with little disruption.

Client requests arrive through the contact form and land with this role. Each request is turned into a scope, a site plan and a crew booking. The Operations Manager also tracks green waste removal and disposal, so every load meets environmental regulations. Records are kept for each site.

• Sets weekly and fortnightly crew schedules across Perth sites
• Books plant, equipment and materials for grounds and construction work
• Reviews site reports and keeps clients updated on progress

Safety sits with this role as well. Site inductions, access plans and chemical application records are checked before crews start. The Operations Manager works to the Ecoleaf mission, Creating a Greener Future, on every council park, school and business site.
